One mindfulness teacher introduced it to me 6 months ago and I began my mindfulness journey ever since. It's been an amazing experience so far! I'm planning to take more serious mindfulness training this summer.

I started meditation very early, but failed quite a lot to keep the practice. You really need a mentor to guide you, otherwise you will be trapped in one place, and give up quickly. The app can do the guiding work if you can't find a real mentor.

A very good app for meditation. I think it's the best app I have ever seen. It doesn't teach us to create the idea that “we are very calm and happy'. It is helping me to notice how I truly feel. The only disadvantage is that the app is in English (I'm Chinese) and is a little bit expansive, so I can't recommend it to most of my friends...
I practice mindfulness to improve my focus. And it is working. I feel I am more focus than before.
It's a great app that guides through meditation and brings out inner peace. Lots of sub-categories in the library which offers opportunities to improve performance in different areas of life.

It's really helpful and guides me to know meditation more. Before I thought meditation was to block all the irrelevant thoughts but actually it's about accepting it and letting go. Nice. I enjoy doing it.
